IFLRY General Assembly, Bogotá, June 9th-11th, 2023

IFLRY will hold its 52nd General Assembly in Bogotá from the 9th until the 11th of June 2023. The General Assembly will gather member organizations from all over the world. The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of IFLRY and will among other things deal with:
- Resolutions
- Membership Applications
- Finances
Registration for the General Assembly.
Make sure to register by the 5th of May! Contact your international officer to learn about the possibilities you have for attending the event on behalf of your member organization. We will accept applications on a rolling basis every week, so the sooner you register, the sooner you can go ahead and book tickets.
Each MO is guaranteed as many spots as they have votes in the General Assembly. Should an MO wish to send more delegates, please let us know via statutoryevent@iflry.org as soon as possible, so that we are aware and can jointly find a solution. In this case, we will confirm the delegates by the regular deadline. Please do not book any travel until your participation has been confirmed.
Participation fee and accommodation
The participation fee is 100 Euros. This will cover accommodation in a shared room with two other participants for the nights of 9th and 10th of June (two nights), and meals according to the schedule which will be published at a later stage.
If you live in Bogotá or for other reasons do not need accommodation, the participation fee is 50 Euros for the entire General Assembly, or 30 Euros for one day.
OBS: You have to secure your accommodation and food if you are planning to stay extra days in Bogotá.
There will also be an option to participate in the GA online.
Visas
Unfortunately, IFLRY is not able to cover any visa costs. Remember to check if you need a visa to enter Colombia. You can find visa information here. Please contact the IFLRY Office (statutoryevent@iflry.org) if you need a support letter.
Travel reimbursement
There will be no travel reimbursement available for the IFLRY General Assembly. However, the IFLRY Office is able to provide you with a cover/support letter, should you wish to privately fund-raise your travel.

If your organization is not yet a member organization of IFLRY, but you want to attend, please send an e-mail to the IFLRY secretariat (statutoryevent@iflry.org) with a description of your organization before filling out this form. You can find the membership criteria here.
