IFLRY is committed to advancing Non-Formal Education through delivering high quality events for young people across the world.
We are now recruiting young liberal activists to join the next term for the duration of one year.
The Pool of Trainers is a small and highly motivated group of young trainers and facilitators with diverse skills and expertise, but shared qualifications in Non-Formal Education. The main objective of the Pool of Trainers members is to participate in the preparation and delivery of international and local activities within the Federation and develop themselves as trainers through the numerous opportunities offered by IFLRY.
2019 Mandate of the Pool of Trainers will focus largely on enhancing our own capacities through in-person Training of Trainers, mentoring programme and extensive online engagement, such as webinars and knowledge-sharing among others. The Pool of Trainers 2019 will consist of 10-15 people who will work closely with the Programme Management Team throughout the year and participate as facilitators and trainers at the events of IFLRY and its partners where possible.
To apply for the 2019 term, you have to:
- be affiliated with IFLRY or an IFLRY Member Organization
- be committed to Non-Formal education and have a certain time availability to devote to IFLRY
