Dear Female Leaders,
We are happy to announce that the registrations for the Female Leadership Academy 2021 are open. The initiative is the continuation of the past two years’ very successful programs. It will work in three stages : the online educational phase to map the challenges, the onstage trainings and workshops in Accra and Rabat, and an onstage concluding event for selected participants in Beirut.
In the first stage we will carry on the learnings of the previous years with a comprehensive methodology to identify challenges alongside all the participants from all three countries. In the second stage participants will engage in workshops and training in the country they applied utilizing peer-to-peer learning. The final and conclusive stage will then be held in Beirut where a more extensive training will take place to further develop your leadership skills through hands-on workshops, this stage will only be for a handful of participants that will be selected according to their performance during the trainings.
We invite you to take part in this empowering academy, where each participant will come out having a strong network, build a toolkit for resources skills like facilitation, storytelling, networking, public speaking and will have gained visibility through the Academy itself. Female Leaders from the Middle East and North Africa are encouraged to apply for the event in Rabat , and Female Leaders from Africa are encouraged to Apply for the event in Accra.
