The IFLRY Caucasus Programme is the main regional program focusing on promoting liberal values and the ideas of democracy and freedom through our organizations in Caucuses. The program was developed also to contribute to the peacebuilding process in the Caucasus.
To achieve these goals the IFLRY Caucasus Programme organizes training and seminars on the topics of capacity-building, campaigning, and political education. In 2022, a seminar dedicated to countering Fake News was organised within the programme in Tbilisi which gathered 30 participants from the countries of the Council of Europe. But mainly the program puts an emphasis on participants from Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish a safe space for mutual work and to create platform for exchange and further cooperation.
