Nominations are now open until Sunday, August 26th to attend the upcoming session of the Conference of the Parties (COP24th) in Katowice Poland as part of the IFLRY Delegation.
Following the successful participation of IFLRY delegates at previous UN Climate Change Conferences, particularly at the historic 21st Conference of the Parties (COP21) in December 2015, the IFLRY Climate Change Programme is once more offering interested persons the opportunity to attend an important international event.
Taking place from December 3th – 14th in Katowice, Poland, this conference will concentrate on facilitating the completion of the Paris Agreement Work Programme. As an organization with observer status to the UN Climate Change Convention, IFLRY is welcomed to participate in proceedings.
If you are interested in attending, please fill out the nomination form no later than Sunday, August 26th. Further information is available on the UNFCCC website.
Please note that unfortunately IFLRY is unable to offer funding for travel and accommodation. We can however issue letters of support should you seek sponsorship from other sources. Participants are not necessarily required to stay throughout the duration of the conference.
